nice selection excellent location
The location was excellent!!! The front desk staff gave us a map, marking attractions and estimated travel times. It was helpful. Breakfast included a very nice food selection.

The location was great. I could walk to many attractions. the staff members were helpful and friendly. i liked the breakfast (it was really good!).
the safe in my room seemed quite old (i struggled a little to use it). the air conditioning controls were hard to adjust. the shower setup in the bathtub was also a bit awkward, as it made the bathroom floor wet.

perfect location helpful team easy exploration
The location could not be better!!! It made exploring so easy. The reception team was helpful. They offered great guidance and recommendations for my exploration. The team assisted with transport questions, so I navigated the city with ease.
The lift was sometimes slow. I waited a little longer than expected on one occasion.

The reception staff provided really good support. They offered early check-in upon my request. I received detailed metro directions to my desired store. The staff also gave solid advice about Christmas Markets.

varied breakfast convenient transport generous room
The room size was generous, I stayed in a classic double room. Breakfast had many choices. It was quite varied. I found the proximity to public transport very convenient, especially the metro station nearby.
The gym equipment felt slightly dated.
