the location was acceptable to me. it was close to shops and restaurants.
the room had no full-length mirror i mean, seriously. also, the ac temperature was stuck on one setting, so i couldn't adjust it, how great is that. the safe was like from the stone age and gave attitude when i asked for help. who needs a working safe anyway

The location was great. I could walk to many attractions. the staff members were helpful and friendly. i liked the breakfast (it was really good!).
the safe in my room seemed quite old (i struggled a little to use it). the air conditioning controls were hard to adjust. the shower setup in the bathtub was also a bit awkward, as it made the bathroom floor wet.

The location could not be better!!! It made exploring so easy. The reception team was helpful. They offered great guidance and recommendations for my exploration. The team assisted with transport questions, so I navigated the city with ease.
The lift was sometimes slow. I waited a little longer than expected on one occasion.

The reception staff provided really good support. They offered early check-in upon my request. I received detailed metro directions to my desired store. The staff also gave solid advice about Christmas Markets.

The room size was generous, I stayed in a classic double room. Breakfast had many choices. It was quite varied. I found the proximity to public transport very convenient, especially the metro station nearby.
The gym equipment felt slightly dated.
